The Hathor Necklace and Earring

The Hathor Necklace and Earring Set is inspired by the Egyptian goddess Hathor who is associated with the sky, beauty, music and motherhood.  Also known as the Mistress of Turquoise, Hathor has a dual nature: one of vengeance and protection and one of maternal care and joy.  The dual nature of Hathor is reflected in this piece created from three bold, organic shaped turquoise pieces, a stone of protection, while gorgeous leaf-green Malachite stones facilitate transformation and serve to make space for positive and productive change. Toward the back, the necklace is finished with blue-green speckled Imperial Jasper, a stone of grounding and emotional balance with silver spike accents throughout for a little attitude. A slightly larger Queen's crown bead sits at the back of the piece--a symbolic reminder of which side of Hathor's dual nature you wish to nurture. The earrings showcase a turquoise disk drop paired with a striking Malachite stone.
