Every piece of BohoHaus jewelry is handcrafted with care using premium natural materials and attention to detail. I stand behind my work.

If your necklace needs restringing within one year of purchase due to normal wear, I'll repair it at no charge.

Simply follow the easy return process below—you cover return shipping, and I'll handle the rest.

How the Guarantee Works

  1. Email me at info@bohohaus.jewelry with your order number and a photo of the piece
  2. Pack securely using the instructions I'll send you
  3. Ship it back via USPS (I'll provide the address)
  4. Receive your repaired piece within 2–3 weeks of me receiving it—I'll cover return shipping to you

Please note: Many of my materials are one-of-a-kind or limited-availability natural stones sourced from artisan suppliers. If original beads are lost or no longer available, I'll work with you to find a complementary match or offer a credit toward a new piece.

This guarantee covers restringing due to normal wear. It does not cover loss, theft, damage from misuse, or alterations by third parties.

Care Instructions

To keep your jewelry beautiful:

  • Apply perfumes, hair sprays, and deodorants BEFORE wearing your jewelry
  • Store pieces flat or laying down rather than hanging (especially heavier pieces)
  • Avoid contact with water and harsh chemicals
  • Remove before sleeping, showering, or exercising
  • Gently wipe with a soft cloth after wearing

What if a piece sells out? Can I expect to see it again?

Unfortunately, no. Each piece I make is one-of-a-kind and never recreated.

Can I separate jewelry sets and buy just the earrings or necklace?

Unfortunately, no. I create sets for women who want a more complete look and as inspiration dictates. However, if you purchase a set just for the earrings or necklace, whichever piece you don't want can make a beautiful gift or generous donation to a women's shelter or organization.

Do you do custom pieces?

I never have but the challenge might be interesting! Contact me to discuss.

What is your return policy?

Due to the unique, handcrafted nature of our one-of-a-kind jewelry pieces, all sales are final. Each piece is individually created and cannot be replicated or resold. We do not accept returns for change of mind, size preference, or style preference.

However, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If your piece arrives damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
