Inherited & Reimagined
I reimagine inherited, vintage, and costume jewelry — the pieces too meaningful to discard and too dated to wear — into one-of-a-kind wearable pieces in the BohoHaus aesthetic. I also take a limited number of custom orders for clients who want a personal piece at a reasonable price.
Your mother's costume jewelry has never been taken seriously by designers. I do.
Most goldsmiths and ateliers begin in the thousands — designed for fine rubies and diamond resets, not for the rhinestone brooch your mother wore every Christmas. I work with vintage and costume jewelry: the pieces that are too meaningful to discard and too dated to wear. Pricing is quoted individually based on the complexity of the piece, materials required, and scope of the redesign — necklaces begin at $130, earrings begin at $55. Every project is different — your quote will reflect yours.
What I do
I take inherited, vintage, and costume jewelry — brooches, neglected necklaces, dated earrings, sentimental pieces that haven't seen daylight in decades — and reimagine them as new wearable pieces. The result is collaborative, completely one-of-a-kind, and built around what your piece already is.
I am not a goldsmith. I don't melt, recast, or reset fine stones. What I do is design: I look at what you have, I see what it could become, and I build around it — with intention and your memories at the center.
How it works
- Tell me about your piece. Fill out the inquiry form with photos and a sense of what you're hoping for. "I want to actually wear this again" is enough.
- We talk and I quote. I'll respond within 48 hours with thoughts, questions, and a detailed quote based on your specific piece and scope.
- You approve, deposit, and send. A 50% deposit reserves your place. Then your pieces come to me — by insured mail or local drop-off.
- I make it. You wear it. I'll share progress photos and incorporate up to two design revisions. Turnaround is typically 3–4 weeks. Your finished piece ships insured, with any unused components returned to you.
A few things to know
- I work with costume, vintage, and non-precious jewelry only — no fine gems, no gold or silver smithing
- Every piece is one-of-a-kind by nature — your materials are irreplaceable and treated as such
- Each project includes up to two design revisions; additional revisions are available at $25 per round for necklaces and $12 for earrings.
- A 50% deposit is required to begin; the balance is due before shipment
- I reserve the right to decline pieces that are too damaged to work with — I'll always tell you honestly
- Pieces are shipped to me at the client's risk; I strongly recommend insured mail

Custom Work
A custom piece created for a mom who wanted to gift a piece of jewelry that was meaningful. Her daughter's style was "dark romance," a little goth, a little punk. Her daughter also loved Dracula. Taking a cue from the Victorian era of high manners and mourning romanticism, this necklace features white quartz, hammered pyrite, blood-red Czech glass with etched abstractions, puffed silver beads, star-etched rondelles and Preciosa crystal. The raw white quartz nugget pendant evocative of a shard of ice. Opulent and slightly menacing.
