The Cathay Necklace

The Cathay Necklace pays tribute to Cathay Williams, the first African-American woman to enlist in the Army and the only documented female Buffalo Soldier. Beginning her service in a support capacity during the Civil War, she is now celebrated as a pioneer in American military history. Featuring fatigue-colored Dragon Bloodstone that symbolizes strength, courage, and resilience, the necklace also incorporates Pyrite to shield against negative energy.
