The Bastet Tiger Eye Necklace

The Bastet Necklace was inspired by Bastet, an Egyptian goddess originally depicted as a lioness.  Her image has softened a bit, evolving to appear as a cat.  She is linked to music, dance and joy but was also regarded as a fierce protector.  This necklace pays homage to the feline symbolism associated with her, using high quality tiger-eye oval beads, earthy yellow citrine, and decadent Preciosa crystals in a rich mocha shade.  The oval, dyed agate pendant is subtly striated in a deep autumnal hue.
