FAQ'S

How do I care for my BohoHaus Jewelry?

Great question!  I create every piece of Bohohaus jewelry to withstand normal "wear and tear" but there are a few things you can do to keep them looking great.  First, whether it is a Bold Heart piece or Feather & Stones earrings, please apply perfumes, hair sprays, spray on deodorants, etc BEFORE you wear your pieces.  Perfumes and hair sprays can hasten tarnishing and make your feather sticky or stiffen.  Also, due to the somewhat heavy nature of some of the pieces, storing them laying down instead of hanging may help prolong their life.

What if a piece sells out? Can I expect to see it again?

Unfortunately, no. Each piece I make is one-of-a-kind and never recreated.

BohoHaus sells several jewelry sets, what if I don't want the earrings or I want the earrings not the necklace.  Is there anyway to separate the sets?

Unfortunately, no.  I create sets for women who want to a more complete look and as inspiration dictates.  However, if you purchase a set just for the earrings or just for the necklace, whichever piece you don't want can make a beautiful gift or generous donation to a women's shelter or organization.

Do you do custom pieces?

I never have but the challenge might be interesting!

What is your return policy?

Due to the unique, handcrafted nature of our one-of-a-kind jewelry pieces, all sales are final. Each piece is individually created and cannot be replicated or resold. We do not accept returns for change of mind, size preference, or style preference.

However, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If your piece arrives damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Please ensure you carefully review all product details, measurements, and photos before purchasing. If you have any questions about a piece, please contact us before placing your order.

Before & After

A selection of the work — pieces inherited, forgotten, or imagined — that became something entirely new. This is what happens when memories meet making, and voice meets vision.

Custom Work

A custom piece created for a mom who wanted to gift a piece of jewelry that was meaningful. Her daughter's style was "dark romance," a little goth, a little punk. Her daughter also loved Dracula. Taking a cue from the Victorian era of high manners and mourning romanticism, this necklace features white quartz, hammered pyrite, blood-red Czech glass with etched abstractions, puffed silver beads, star-etched rondelles and Preciosa crystal. The raw white quartz nugget pendant evocative of a shard of ice. Opulent and slightly menacing.
